What size cheesecakes do you offer?
We offer regular 10” round cheesecakes which can serve 12-16 slices. Also available are Baby Bumpers, twelve mini cheesecakes in a jar, as well as Bumpers Mini Pans, twelve mini cheesecakes baked in individual mini pans.
How do I store my cheesecake?
Keep chilled or refrigerated. It will stay fresh until the Best By date. They can also be frozen! For the regular 10” round cheesecakes, wrap them in two layers of plastic wrap, then a layer of aluminum foil. They can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
Do you make cheesecake for special occasions?
Yes! Bumpers Cheesecakery is available for weddings, engagement celebrations, showers, graduations, holiday get togethers,, parties, gifts, business luncheons and events, and corporate gifts.
What ingredients are in your cheesecake?
All cheesecakes contain eggs, milk, soy, and wheat. Some ingredients may contain nuts and/or tree nuts. Some of these ingredients are produced in facilities that use dairy, nuts and/or tree nuts.

How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made through online email invoicing. Bumpers Cheesecakery will send an email invoice that can be paid by credit/debit cards and ACH.

• Bumpers Cheesecakery is a home-based bakery business located in Salem, Ohio, certified by the
State of Ohio Department of Agriculture.
• Bumpers Cheesecakery is a DELIVERY-ONLY bakery, delivering to select areas of Trumbull,
Mahoning, and Columbiana Counties, Ohio. Local delivery is available to select areas of Trumbull,
Mahoning, and Columbiana Counties, Ohio. All orders are subject to a $10 local delivery fee. Deliveries
outside of the local delivery area are subject to an extended area delivery fee.
• Regular cheesecakes are 10” round, serves approximately 12-16 slices.
• Baby Bumpers are mini cheesecakes in a jar, sold by a case of 12. One flavor per case.
• All cheesecakes contain eggs, milk, soy, and wheat. Some ingredients may contain nuts and/or tree
nuts. Some of these ingredients used are made in facilities that use nuts and/or tree nuts. Please
provide any and all allergy information. Customer and food safety is the top priority!
• Delivery is available on weekends only.
• All orders are on a first come, first served basis. All orders must be prepaid. An order not guaranteed
until it is paid in full.
• Please give at least seven (7) days' notice for single orders.
• For large and special event orders (4 or more products), please give at least one (1) month advance notice.
• Orders are paid by online invoice payment.
• All items are based on product availability.
